Over the past six months, those of us who have consistently participated in our calls are acutely aware that this particular topic has made its way into our discussions every single time without fail. The recurring nature of this topic suggests a deep-seated interest or concern within our community, yet the tangible drive to address or resolve it within the DAO seems conspicuously absent. Given this persistent cycle, I'm increasingly of the opinion that perhaps it's time to consider moving past it if we cannot muster the collective motivation to take concrete action. That said, we do have the option of continuing to wait and see how things naturally develop. This approach, though passive, might offer us insights or resolutions in time. However, based on our observations and experiences to date, I suspect that the outcome of such a waiting game is somewhat predictable and likely not in favor of spontaneous resolution. In addition to our current predicament, there's an alternative strategy being floated around, namely VRGDA. It presents itself as a potential path forward, offering a different set of outcomes and possibilities. However, upon personal reflection and consideration of our current trajectory and capabilities, I find it difficult to envision this option coming to fruition within the 2024 timeline. This skepticism is not rooted in a lack of enthusiasm for innovative solutions but rather a realistic assessment of our current direction and pace.
